Participants will be able to:- Identify those jobs most likely to yield a return from improvement Use a range of methods for measuring and recording how work is performed Critically examine work methods and develop improvements in efficiency and ergonomics Implement changes, measure outcomes and monitor improvements Clarify aims and plan a tak systematically. Content:- Setting and achieving targets Systematic Planning Planning Techniques Managing effectiveness and efficiency Monitoring Reducing waste time effort and cost Implementing efficient working practices.
