Introduction to Veterinary Nursing (E-Learning)

This course is aimed at the individual who would like to gain an insight into training to become a Veterinary Nurse. The course will cover a series of subjects in which a student veterinary nurse will have to undertake.

The subjects covered include:

Anatomical Direction
Veterinary Terminology
Anatomy & Physiology - The Animal Cell
Fluid Therapy
Anaesthesia
Radiography
Parasitology
Medications
Theatre Practice
Veterinary Calculations

There will be a series of self - assessment tasks throughout the course followed by a multi-choice assessment which can be taken online. On completion of the course a certificate will be awarded.
