Psychotherapist Martin J Smith, lecturer at Nottingham Trent University, will share his expertise, equipping delegates to feel more confident about what to do with colleagues who they find tricky to work with. The Acas adviser will offer best practice workplace advice for these issues. This workshop is a follow-up to the initial workshop on extreme persistent difficult behaviour. It seeks to give participants the opportunity to apply skills and ideas developed from the first session. Therefore it is a prerequisite that delegates have already attended the initial workshop.
