This training course aims to give trainees knowledge, understanding and basic skills in the safe operation of workshop tools and equipment. You will be required to describes how to prepare and operate tools and attachments. The course covers; selecting and preparing tools and their attachments for operation; safely operating tools and attachments; shutting down and storing tools and equipment. The length of training may vary depending on the objectives covered, the ratio of trainee/instructor and the ability and previous experience of the trainees. The delivery of training covers a mix of both theory and practical elements.
