ESM is the application of recognised massage techniques adapted to be used on the horse for the purpose of increasing circulation, range of movement and improving overall health and performance. Massage is one of the oldest and most effective forms of treatment. It helps to reduce the chances of injury and speed up the healing process when injury has occurred. The course provides the foundation and understanding required to enable the successful graduate to practice within the equine industry as a professional equine masseuse.
