I have used Lukasz a couple of times now and find him very knowledgeable and up to date with current legislation in the topics he instructs in. Having a bilingual instructor on board is a plus for training for those whose first language is on English. Lukasz related well with all trainees on the courses I have used him. Will be using him more in the future.
