Biology and Care of the Cat

Study to work and care for cats. Feline biology and care is a comprehensive, challenging course aimed at CPD requirements, personal interest and those working with the cat for their welfare. There are 6 units and assignments set at study level 3. The course examines the anatomy and physiology of Felis catus, their nutrition, behaviour and daily care with the view to a better understanding of their needs. The final unit approaches the issue of 'too many cats-not enough homes' and investigates rescue centres and the accommodation for such cats.
