This course examines the basics of Canine and Feline first aid. It will look at the different ways that dogs or cats may be injured and the appropriate first aid response in each case, as well as further steps to take even if the animal gets well quickly. It's important to know what to do in these emergency situations because it can often make a real difference to the welfare of the animal and the chance of a full recovery. At the end of this course, the student should feel more confident in handling a Canine or Feline First Aid or Emergency situation.
