This training course aims to give trainees knowledge, understanding and basic skills in effectively Contributing to a Project It introduces trainees to a four stage cycle in project planning and a range of different communication skills that can be used in order to communicate more effectively at work and improve working relationships particularly in project planning. The length of training is usually 30 GLH this may vary depending on the ability and previous experience of the trainees.
