This training course describes the handling and preparation of horses for transportation. Throughout this course you will learn tasks that will be required to transport horses in a safe environment. It introduces trainees to the hazards and risks involved with the transport of horses and to comply with health and safety legislation. The length of training may vary depending on the objectives covered, the ratio of trainee/instructor and the ability and previous experience of the trainees. This course can be delivered as eLearning or integrated training and assessment.
