This training course is about the safe management and inspection of storage, shelving and racking systems. It covers the regular risk assessment and maintenance of shelving and racking systems. The standard also covers using specialist equipment for safe maintenance of shelving and racking systems. This course is for people who can carry out risk assessments and racking inspections. The length of training may vary depending on the objectives covered, the ratio of trainee/instructor and the ability and previous experience of the trainees. The delivery of training is theory based.
